Reiki - What is it & how can it help you?
The word itself means Reiki (rei meaning spiritual) & (ki - life force energy)
Reiki is an ancient Energy healing method that originated in Japan in 1900s. It is a hands on/off healing practice that is done by placing the hands in a series of positions on or slightly above the body usually as the client is lying down. A beautiful gentle energy that reduces stress & anxiety, restores balance & harmony. Promoting a feeling of wellbeing…Physilcally, Emotionally, Mentally & Spiritually.
A usual treatment can last 40min/1hour.
